Kids classes
We run three levels of kids classes, based on age groups as well as skill level
We coach children from as young as 4 through to the age of 16 (after which they join the adult classes) in a safe, fun, challenging and yet disciplined environment that brings out the best in every child that walks through our doors.
We cater for all learning difficulties - the discipline and focus of a a martial art is of true benefit to all kids!

Adults classes
The type of person who will thrive in our training environment is someone wanting to have a jiujitsu journey that will span over years.
We practice the gentle art in it’s true form, if you are 30+ you will find our training style challenging yet safe.
We welcome complete beginners and will look after you!

One on One coaching
We offer one on one private coaching for those wanting to learn in more detail.
Within these private coaching sessions all attention will be on what your jiujitsu needs as an individual, to help you to get more out of this amazing art.
This may be to help you excel at competition, cover self defence to keep you safe or purely for self improvement and the art of Jiujitsu.
Who is Integrity Jiujitsu?
Integrity Jiujitsu was started with the hard work, passion and soul of Dominique (Dom) Liddle over 10 years ago, Bochere then joining him in 2017 as a student and later as assistant coach, we also are lucky enough to have the involvement of Dom’s daughter Nalah who has been training for most of her life making it a true family effort!
Both Dom and Bochere are heavily involved in the beautiful art that is jiujitsu. They are mutually drawn to the challenge of competition and the growth it provides - the outcome being coaches that teach and inspire in a balanced and enthusiastic manner.
The traditional martial arts values of respect, loyalty & humility are a large part of our ethos; We encourage our students to embody these principles both on and off the mats.
We are an affiliate of Cia PaulistaAustralia and have been proudly representing them and Carlos Vieira for 11 years.
We run workshops, seminars, in house competitions, grading days, holiday classes, private sessions, kids classes and continue to do so with support from Carlos Vieira and his family.
Monday, Thursday & Saturday classes located at 103 Princes road Mitcham.
Tuesday classes located at 312 Glen Osmond road Myrtle Bank.
